Busy place always a crowd. Food is good, fast. Enjoyable. Bagels are the hit. Staff is friendly and attentive even when packed. Eggs Benedict was spot on, sauce was not broken and pouched eggs perfectly done. Place gets busy, very busy. Cash only policy.

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any restaurant. If I could give it 0 stars I would because it's not even worth the one I'm forced to give to leave a rating. The omelettes were served after a long wait and were room temperature. The vegetables inside the omelettes tasted like they were days old, over cooked to mush, and had zero flavor. Waited nearly 15-20 minutes when we sat down just to be recognized by a busboy for water. Our toasted room temperature bagels came out 20 minutes before our omelettes and were dumped on our table by the waitress, honest mistake....instead of refreshing the waters that now had a few oz's of seeds in them or replacing the bagels she just laughed it off. Someone at my table ordered hash browns and was brought home fries instead, no big deal, instead of letting her keep the home fries and bringing hash browns they took her plate w the home fries and returned 5 min later with just the omelette. She then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the hash browns to eat with her nice cold omelette. It was about 120 degrees in the dining room which made the dining experience that much better. Then to top it all off they don't accept any credit/debit cards but it's posted nowhere but an index card sized sign by the cash register when you go to pay the check. Oh but they have an ATM that'll charge you service fee on top of your banks service fee so you can conveniently withdraw cash.

I went to their location on Lake Worth Rd this morning. There was a roach walking on top of a pastry. They promptly got rid if it but acted like it was no big deal. That's the last time I will go there!! For what they charge they could at least pay an exterminator!!!!

I am extremely disappointed. This place was very dirty looking, staff was rude and the waitress forgot half the items we asked her for. She came to the table one time and that was to take our order. Food was mediocre. To top it off you go to pay and they only accept cash (there is only a small sign that says that by the register), yet there is conveniently an atm machine located by the register. They are basically making you use their atm machine to charge you and make themselves more money. I will never be coming back here.

I have to echo the other reviews!! Probably the WORST food I have ever eaten in the State of Florida!!!! I ordered the Spinach Eggs Benedict with the sauce on side. The potatoes that came with the meal were old and fried in very old grease. They had not seasoning and tasted bad. The spinach was clearly out of the freezer with some off putting seasoning!! I sent the meal back and ordered a bagel with a scrambled egg & cheese. When the meal arrived there obviously was american cheese slice used. The bagels are less than average and the food is even worse!

They don't accept credit cards but do provide an ATM that overcharges $$$$. They sold me a loaf of stale rye bread. The over priced salads I got were flavorless and mostly mayo. The whole place just feels dirty.

I love this place. I use to come here almost every morning before school to get one of their "discs" the sesame one is delicious. The macaroni salad is fantastic. Everything is fresh. The place is old but clean. The food is really cheap. The only bad thing about this place is they only accept cash.

My family and I have been eating breakfast at this restaurant for over 15 years and we have never found better tasting bagels. The prices for breakfast are reasonable my wife and I typically order eggs, hash browns, a bagel and drink and pay less than $10. The service is fast almost all of the time and staff is friendly and get you in and out. Great place for a quick breakfast.

I cant tell you of a better bagel place in Florida. The line you have to wait on is worth it. The service is usually pretty fast. Bring CASH!!! They accept nothing else. Their cream cheese spreads are awesome. The bagels are smaller than NY but very very good.

Very busy, successful NY style bagel bakery and deli restaurant. Until last year, my mother ate lunch here three times per week for 12 years. I have accompanied her at least 20 times. The bagels were only ok, but all in all, I used to think it was a very good deli. (Our family is from the real NY, not the Island, and my late grandfather was one of the founders of the bakers' union in NY, so I am a harsh critic.) The owners are the same family, but the waitresses I remember are gone. The service was terrible. We arrived before the rush and were seated within 5 minutes. Our waitress came within a few minutes, but wanted our order as soon as she handed us the menus. We said we need a few minutes, so she came back 10 minutes later. It took 25 minutes more to bring us our food, even though a couple who came in 20 minutes after us had their orders before we did. What was so difficult to make two wraps? Our waitress never returned to our table except to deliver the bill (Another server brought our food to us.), but did she ever run fast to wait on a table of six men who came in after their regular golf game. Looking for your big tip, honey? Well, here's a tip from an old salesman. You hurt your employer's business. Eventually, it will come back to bite you.

We like this place a lot. They are the go to diner for this area. They have always had very fast service which is extremely important when you have five children. The kids love their pancakes. They have great nova bagel. It's a solid breakfast place. Hard to find these days.
